OYSA Fall Soccer Registration
2008 - 2009 Season

Registration Fees:

• $115   - Ages 4 and 5
• $125 - Ages 6 - 19

To speed the registration process, please bring all items below.

• Small ID Picture
• Registration Fees
  (check payable to OYSA or cash)

Registration fees cover uniforms, trophies, coach’s clinics, equipment, referee fees, background checks on coaches, and supplemental player medical insurance through FYSA (Florida Youth Soccer Association).

The OYSA uniform includes a shirt, shorts, and socks. Players will need to provide shin guards, cleats, and the proper sized soccer ball. Additional player information click here.
